Jim has over 30 years’ experience in undertaking property valuations, and an additional 5 years’ experience in banking.

Prior to becoming Managing Director of Opteon ACT, Jim has worked for other national valuation practices as Managing Director, Valuations Manager and Senior Valuer.

The majority of Jim’s career was developed in the ACT. Jim specialises in residential valuations as well as providing consultancy advice.

Kellie has over 20 years’ experience in providing industrial, rural, and rural/residential valuations in the ACT and surrounding areas of NSW including Yass, Hall, Murrumbateman, Gunning and Boorowa. Prior to Opteon Kellie owned a valuation business Regional Valuers.

As a Senior Valuer at Opteon, Kellie has played an integral role in expanding Opteon’s advisory and valuation services in Yass and the surrounding areas in addition to maintaining a strong focus on residential and rural residential valuations. Kellie also has been serving as a Panel Interviewer for the Australian Property Institute since 2023.
