Industry Experience

In 2012 Claire became a Registered Property Valuer in New Zealand with four years prior valuation experience in Dunedin. Claire also became a Certified Property Valuer in Western Australia in 2012. In September 2015 she was appointed the position of Senior Valuer in the Commercial Division, and subsequently an Associate Director managing a team of commercial valuers in Perth.

In November 2021 Claire was appointed as a Valuation Risk Manager across both Australia and New Zealand. Her role involves reviewing high-value and specialised reports, providing technical advice for valuations, and managing valuation and client risk.

Claire’s experience includes the preparation of valuations and consultancy advice for residential and commercial asset classes ranging from prestige residences to englobo and urban infill redevelopment sites, existing and proposed residential/mixed use developments, shopping centres, trading properties specialising in childcare centres, and general commercial assets inclusive of office, retail and small industrial properties.
