She began her valuation career after completing a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Valuation and Property Management at Massey University, and gained early professional experience in Wellington under highly regarded mentors, achieving Registered Valuer status in 2004.
Amelia then spent three years in London specialising in commercial property valuation in the West End and across the UK, including retail warehouse portfolios, as well as undertaking fund management responsibilities.
Since returning to New Zealand, Amelia has continued to build extensive expertise across commercial, industrial and development land, with particular capability in small‑ to medium‑scale subdivision projects. She also undertakes compensation assessments across all land categories.
Based in our Kapiti Coast office, Amelia services clients throughout Kapiti and is expanding her practice into the Horowhenua and Porirua markets.
