She gained valuable experience working in Wellington under highly regarded mentors and achieved Registered Valuer status in 2004. Following registration, she spent three years in London, specialising in commercial property valuation in the West End and retail warehouses across the UK.

Since returning to New Zealand, Amelia has worked in the Wellington region, specialising in commercial, industrial, larger residential, and land valuations—including complex scenarios such as landlocked sites, acquisitions to improve development margins, and compensation assessments across all land types, including residential and lifestyle.

Now based in our Kapiti Coast office, Amelia provides expert valuation and consultancy services across Kapiti, Horowhenua, and Porirua.
