Industry Experience

Amelia began her valuation career by completing a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management at Massey University in Palmerston North, graduating in 2000. She worked in Wellington under highly regarded mentors before achieving Registered Valuer status in 2004. Then following registration Amelia worked in London for three years, specialising in the valuation of commercial property in the West End and retail warehouses across the United Kingdom.

Since that time Amelia has worked in the Wellington region, specialising in Commercial, Industrial, larger Residential and Land valuations, with a strong focus on the Kapiti Coast and adjoining districts. Amelia has lived on the Kapiti Coast since 2011, and this combined with having specialised in the area since 2021 has allowed her to develop strong relationships with local key stakeholders enabling Amelia to provide accurate, timely and cost-effective advice.
