Industry Experience

Conrad has been with Opteon since 2019. He has built a diverse skill set and gained extensive experience working with both Opteon’s Residential and Commercial & Industrial teams, particularly within the North Shore/Rodney and South Auckland regions.

Since September 2022, Conrad has worked directly under the supervision of Kris Vulinovich, focusing exclusively on residential properties in South Auckland. As a registered valuer, he specialises in a wide range of residential properties, including new builds, home & income properties, cross-lease titles, and in-scope RVSI redevelopment sites. Additionally, Conrad undertakes Residential/Lifestyle property valuations within the North Shore/Rodney lifestyle markets.
