Industry Experience
Kate joined Opteon New Zealand in early 2017 and undertakes a range of residential valuations across the Auckland region, with a strong focus on South Auckland. Her expertise covers valuations for various purposes, including mortgage finance, forced sales, acquisition and sale, matrimonial and accounting purposes. She also specialises in lifestyle property valuations. Kate completed a Bachelor of Property in 1999 and became a registered valuer in 2002. Upon completing her degree, she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she gained experience in a broad range of residential, industrial, and commercial valuations. Opteon NZ was established through the merger of Sheldons & Partners Limited, an Auckland-based practice with over 40 years of operation.
