Industry Experience
Kate joined Opteon New Zealand in early 2017 and undertakes a range of residential valuations in the Auckland area with a strong focus on property in the South Auckland area. Kate is also involved in the valuation of lifestyle property. Kate completed the Bachelor of Property in 1999 and gained registration as a valuer in 2002. On completion of her degree she worked with Jones Lang LaSalle, on a broad range of residential, industrial and commercial valuations. She is involved in the valuation of property for a variety of purposes including mortgage finance, forced sale, acquisition and sale purposes, matrimonial and accounting purposes. Opteon NZ was established with the merger of Sheldons & Partners Limited, a practice based in Auckland New Zealand that had been in operation for over 40 years.
