Industry Experience
With over a decade of experience in the property valuation industry, Kayla joined Opteon in March 2024 and is currently the Principal Service Delivery Manager in the Government Services team. In her current role, Kayla leads the service delivery of Residential and Lifestyle Rating Valuations across our largest rating valuation contract, leading a team of valuers and working closely with clients to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes, strong customer service, and operational excellence.
Kayla began her career in 2012 undertaking residential market valuations before serving seven years as a Rating Valuer. She then spent three years as a Valuation Compliance Manager overseeing valuation quality, compliance, and reporting standards for banking and finance clients. Kayla is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Marketing Committee.
With extensive experience across our rating valuation contracts and a strong background in residential property valuation, Kayla brings a comprehensive understanding of the valuation industry and the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.
