Industry Experience
Pip graduated from Massey University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Valuation and Property Management. During her final year, she worked full-time as an assistant valuer in Wellington, specializing in residential valuations in Wellington and Kapiti. After three years of supervised work, she achieved Registered Valuer status in 2022.
She has been actively involved in professional organizations such as the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV). Pip served as the chairperson of the Wellington branch of PINZ and is currently a committee member of the Wellington branch of NZIV.
Pip continues to specialize in residential valuations, focusing on the Kapiti, Porirua, and Horowhenua regions. Her expertise is supported by collaboration with experienced valuers, enhancing her knowledge of valuation processes, legislation, and local market dynamics.
