Industry Experience

Pip completed a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property management extramurally at Massey University, graduating in 2019. In her final year of study she worked full time as an assistant valuer under a highly regarding valuer in Wellington, specialising in all forms of residential valuation in Wellington and Kapiti. After three years supervision, she reached Registered Valuer status in 2022. 

Throughout her career she has been heavily involved in the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) as well as the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV), has served as a chair person of the Wellington branch of PINZ, and is now a committee member of the Wellington branch of NZIV.

Pip has continued to specialise in all forms of residential valuation, concentrating in the Kapiti and Porirua regions, as well as extending her expertise to Horowhenua. She has been supported by a number of highly experienced valuers which has provided her with outstanding knowledge of processes, legislation, and valuation types, and along with her in depth local knowledge, has a well rounded and deep understanding of the local market and valuation requirements
