Industry Experience
Steven obtained his registration in 2013 and has since gained experience across a broad range of commercial and residential valuations. In recent years, he has specialised exclusively in the residential property sector, with a focus on the former Rodney District, now part of the greater Auckland area.
Before embarking on his career in property valuation, Steven worked in both residential and commercial construction, as well as the manufacturing and sales of construction materials for domestic and export markets. His broad experience in construction techniques and materials, combined with his strong understanding of valuation methodology, enables him to deliver efficient and accurate valuation outcomes informed by practical knowledge and industry expertise.
