Employee Spotlight: Victoria “Tori” Benites – Operations Manager, Assignment Success
Victoria “Tori” Benites is the true definition of a homegrown success story at Opteon. She began her career in 2015 as part of VTS with Greg Bernstein, now EVP of Strategy and Growth, spending her first two years immersing herself in the many responsibilities that come with being part of an operations team for an AMC. That early experience gave her a strong foundation and sparked a passion for continuous learning that has guided her ever since.
From there, Tori advanced to the role of Escalation Specialist, where she sharpened her ability to think critically and solve complex problems under pressure. Her natural talent for finding solutions and her commitment to excellence led her to the Assignment team, where she quickly rose to Team Lead. By 2025, Tori achieved a major milestone—promotion to Operations Manager for Assignment Success.
What Tori loves most about her role is the opportunity to learn something new every day and the challenge of finding the best solutions. She thrives on learning in order to solve a problem, then building on that knowledge to tackle the next challenge. Her ability to apply critical thinking allows her to break down issues, analyze options, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact.
As a people leader, Tori is passionate about fostering growth and mentoring her team. She embraces the challenges of leadership and finds fulfillment in teaching and guiding others. Seeing her team apply the skills she helped nurture gives her a deep sense of accomplishment. Fiercely loyal to her team, Tori feels most rewarded when they feel supported and when she can help them reach their own goals.
