The People Behind the Process: How Ceciley and Kylie Support Lenders Every Day

This month, we're highlighting Ceciley Martiniere and Kylie Cronch, two leaders whose experience, dedication, and customer-first mindset help drive exceptional outcomes for our clients every day.

Ceciley has built a career marked by growth and leadership in more than seven years with Opteon and its acquired businesses. Having progressed from Processing Specialist to Director of Fulfillment, she brings a unique perspective to her role and a deep understanding of the teams that help deliver for our clients. Recently, she’s played a key role in guiding client transitions to our new Jaro technology platform, helping ensure a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams.

"It's been rewarding to work alongside our clients and internal team," Ceciley shared.

She is especially proud of her team's growth, noting that their increased confidence and ownership have allowed her to focus on supporting clients and helping lead successful transitions.

Similarly, Kylie has built an impressive career through a variety of roles across the appraisal process, from Assignment Coordinator and Client Advocacy Coordinator to Escalation Manager and now a leader within Quality Control. Her broad experience helps her connect with colleagues and customers alike, bringing empathy and understanding to every interaction.

"I love working with our other departments here at Opteon as I have been in everyone's position and shoes at one point or another," Kylie said.

Today, Kylie helps lead a QC team that goes beyond reviewing reports, supporting files throughout the loan lifecycle, and ensuring clients receive quality service long after an appraisal is completed. She is also contributing to the development of 3.6 within Intara, helping create tools, checklists, and processes that will benefit teams and customers across the industry.

Together, Ceciley and Kylie exemplify the expertise, collaboration, and commitment to service that help Opteon deliver exceptional experiences for our customers every day. Their leadership continues to strengthen our teams and create positive outcomes for the clients we serve.
