Industry Experience
Cath has been working with Opteon since 2024 with a focus on residential valuations within Ipswich, Brisbane and Logan City Councils. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the residential valuation space having completed valuations across southeast Queensland including the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Somerset and Toowoomba at her previous employment. Having worked for a smaller valuation firm for nearly 8 years she has also completed valuations across several disciplines including Family Law, Self-managed super funds, small retail valuations and Mortgagee in possession.
