Graduate Valuer Program
The Opteon Graduate Program supports our valuation graduates' progress through to Residential Property Valuer (RPV) and Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status. The program aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the valuation industry, enabling our new valuers to learn alongside some of the very best property professionals in the industry. We also support additional education and specialisation in non-mortgage areas.
Our internal networks and tools connect our graduates with mentors across the country including other graduates and experienced valuers. We support their ongoing professional development to apply best practices across a broad range of valuation types and property sectors and attain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
