Scott is a senior property executive with more than 26 years’ experience across the property industry, including over 20 years in valuation. A strategic business leader, he has a proven track record in driving growth, leading high-performing teams and delivering client-focused outcomes across complex property markets. Scott has been with Opteon since 2009 and brings broad expertise across valuation, business strategy, account management and service delivery. He holds an MBA from Deakin University, a Master of Property (Valuations) from RMIT, and serves on the Australian Property Institute Board.

Ross is the General Manager for Australian Valuation Operations with over 20 years' experience in property valuation and advisory across metropolitan and regional markets. Prior to Opteon, he held senior roles at Savills, Herron Todd White, and CommBank's Institutional Banking & Markets division, giving him a rare perspective across the valuation, advisory and lending sides of the industry.

Dan has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, having commenced his valuation career in residential property before transitioning to Opteon’s Commercial Division in Western Australia in 2009.

He currently leads a national team of more than 150 valuation specialists across Commercial, Specialist Real Estate, Residential Development and Agribusiness disciplines.

Dan regularly prepares valuation advice for key clients across finance, acquisition and disposal, negotiation, and strategic decision making, with a particular focus on major office and industrial assets and markets

Michael runs Opteon's National Residential operations with over two decades of experience across residential, commercial, urban growth, municipal and rural sectors, acting for a wide range of clients including financial institutions, developers, accountants and solicitors. Prior to his current role he also held senior leadership positions leading teams in the commercial, Resdiential Development and agribusiness divisions.

Gabriel is an Associate Member of the API with over 20 years' experience in the residential valuation industry, with an established track record as a Prestige Property Valuer and Director specialising in high-value residential assets. He leads Opteon's prestige valuation team and has authored published research on valuing unique and irregularly traded properties.

Anthony has over 19 years' experience as a valuer and has been with Opteon since 2006. He is Regional Director for Victoria, managing a large team across rural lifestyle, residential development, growth corridor, prestige, expert witness and family law work. He is a panel examiner at the API and has been a committee member of the Property Council of Australia.

David is a nationally recognised water market and rural property expert with more than 35 years’ experience in agricultural, irrigation and supply-chain asset valuation. He specialises in dairies, orchards, vineyards, intensive farming enterprises and compulsory acquisition matters. An experienced expert witness, David has appeared in major litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
