Industry Experience
Scarlett joined Opteon in July 2026 as a Commercial Property Valuer and is based in Geelong, servicing clients throughout Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and South-West Victoria. Scarlett has worked in the property industry since 2019 and has been involved in property valuation since 2021.
Scarlett specialises in commercial property valuations across office, retail, industrial and childcare assets for a range of purposes, including mortgage security, financial reporting, acquisition and disposal, rental assessments and taxation matters. Prior to joining Opteon, Scarlett worked with Savills, where she progressed from Assistant Valuer to Certified Practising Valuer and gained experience valuing a broad range of commercial property, including childcare centres, office buildings, retail assets and institutional grade investments.
