Alex is a Senior Valuer at Opteon and is responsible for valuation services in relation to commercial/industrial development, prestige residential, rental assessments and specialised commercial properties including Hotels, Motels, Caravan Parks and tourism type property.

Alex has extensive experience throughout Central and Northern Queensland in a wide range of property matters and has been in the valuation industry for over 25 years. In addition to property valuations, Alex has gained wide experience in valuing Real Estate Rent Rolls within the Qld Region.
