Andrew has been working with Opteon and its predecessor for thirteen years in several roles, providing a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. The first three years were as a valuation office manager, progressing to a valuer upon graduation. Andrew is considered a residential property expert and provides a large number of valuations of residential property in regional South Australia, covering an area of approximately 37,000 square kilometres. Andrew has experience with the full range of residential market segments, including prestige coastal, rural residential, dwellings, flats and units. Andrew regularly provides reports to councils, state and federal government departments, solicitors, accountants, real estate agents, and private individuals.
