Industry Experience

Commencing his valuation career in 2004 in Perth and becoming licensed in 2007, Ben has tended to focus on commercial property valuations across most generic fields including industrial, commercial/retail and residential. In 2007 Ben moved to the Kimberley and over the following 11 years covered most asset classes including residential, going concerns (sub $5,000,000) and agri-business valuations. Over the course of 2017 and 2018, Ben assisted with a lead roll in mass appraisals for the Northern Territory Government in Darwin and Palmerston. At the beginning of 2019, Ben moved to Brisbane in the role of Senior Valuer focusing on commercial property.
