Industry Experience

Bryce has been working with Opteon since 2021, commencing as a Graduate Valuer in the Albany office where he has established knowledge across a broad range of asset types including residential, commercial, industrial and agribusiness valuations. During his time in the Albany and Great Southern Region, Bryce has developed experience in the field of agribusiness valuations assisting in the valuation of a variety of rural enterprises including vineyards, forestry, livestock grazing properties and broadacre cropping aggregations. Bryce now resides in the coastal town of Esperance as a Certified Practicing Valuer where he regularly provides valuation reports within Esperance and the surrounding region for mortgage, financial reporting, taxation, legal and property management purposes.
