Conor has been working with Opteon since 2021 and has prepared numerous commercial valuations for a diverse set of well-known respected clients. Conor is Certified Practicing Valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. Conor regularly provides reports for mortgage security, financial reporting, insurance requirements, pre purchase advice, rent reviews, due diligence reporting to capital raising and feasibility studies.
