Industry Experience

David commenced his valuation career at Opteon as a graduate valuer, specializing in commercial valuations. Following the attainment of his accreditation, he strategically broadened his expertise by valuing residential properties for two years before returning to commercial valuations.
David has since established himself as an expert in mortgage valuations, encompassing both residential and commercial property markets. His primary professional base resides in the Northern and Western Metro Commercial Areas, where his extensive industry experience enables him to provide precise and valuable property assessments.
