Industry Experience

Gavin is a senior property professional with over 17-years of property experience in Tasmania. His expertise in the field was recognised in 2003 when he was awarded CPV. Gavin has extensive experience across Commercial and Residential property segments, including multi-lot developments. In 2019, Gavin was appointed Director – Specialist & Advisory (Commercial) and played a pivotal role in Valuer training and development in Real Estate Rent Roll Valuations in Victoria and Tasmania.
