Industry Experience

Julie has worked in Central and Regional Queensland for most of her career and is a highly skilled commercial, rural and residential valuer. She is a professional mediator and independent chair for rating and taxation valuations. During her career she has undertaken specialist valuations including compensation assessments, going concern, aged care/retirement facilities, heritage listed property, contaminated lands, mining lands, aviation assets, communication assets, leasehold, waterfront assets including seabed land, port infrastructure and road closures. Her work has encompassed all tiers of government over a range of property types, departments and purposes.
