Industry Experience
Marion has 18 years of experience as a valuer and has been employed by Opteon (Victoria) for over 15 years. In her role as Regional Director (Residential) Marion overseas the residential team in regional Victoria. In addition, Marion herself provides a high volume of residential mortgage valuations in urban and rural areas in the south west region. She provides skilled valuation advice on a range of property types including farmlets, rural lifestyle properties and prestige coastal properties in Port Fairy and the surrounding townships. Marion is aware of the intricacies of providing property advice in an expansive and diverse region of Victoria including regional residential and rural properties.
