Industry Experience

With a background in auditing, general accounting and management consulting, Mark has more than 10 years of experience in general valuation practice with all property types. Mark is considered a commercial and hospitality property expert and provides a large number of valuations of properties within Melbourne. As a result of Marks experience in commercial and hospitality valuations he has valued a range of property types including suburban and country hotels/motels, tourist parks, bottle shops, gaming and international hotel properties, reception centres, resorts, commercial vineyards, nursing homes, hospitals and also a period with the retail sales department.

  • Bachelor of Business in Accounting, UTAS, 1980.
  • Associate Diploma in Valuation, 1987 with Distinction, RMIT (Melbourne)
  • Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment 1996
  • Chartered Accountant, 1984 to 2018
