Industry Experience

Michael entered the property industry in 2012 and has been a registered valuer since 2015. He joined Opteon in September of 2020 and has experience with a wide range of property types and market segments. Michael is currently a senior valuer within the Brisbane Core Commercial team focussing on valuations within the commercial/office, retail and industrial markets. He is also involved in residential development valuations for the South East Queensland region.

Michael has completed assessments predominantly for mortgage security purposes among others including construction finance, financial reporting, disposal and advisory. He has undertaken valuations for a range of clients including major banks and national lending institutions, public companies, Government, professional service providers and private clients. Michael also provides ongoing training and mentorship to graduates and newly registered valuers.
