Industry Experience
Nick began his valuation career valuing residential property in Perth before moving to New Zealand to develop skills in commercial and industrial valuations. On moving back to Perth, Nick worked with a small firm specialising in valuations for compensation purposes. In 2010, Nick moved to Albany, having a very active involvement in valuation of a broad range of property throughout the Great Southern Region including trading properties in the tourist and Hospitality sectors, Residential Development Land and Agribusiness. In 2017 Nick became the Managing Partner of Opteon Albany and Great Southern WA. Nick maintains local client relationships based on mutual ethics and integrity.

- Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API Member No. 65182)
- Licensed Valuer in the State of Western Australia, License No. 44388
