Industry Experience

Sam has over 20 years of experience in a variety of commercial valuation sectors. Prior to joining Opteon, Sam held the position of Director at another firm for many years and was head of its Office Valuations Practice Group. Sam predominately specialises in the valuation of suburban office buildings and city fringe commercial development sites. He also has broad experience in both industrial and retail asset classes. Sam has strong relationships with key stakeholders at most banking institutions and non-bank lenders, together with long standing relationships with many private clients.

  • Certified Practising Valuer
  • Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API Member No. 62776)
  • Bachelor of Business (Property) – RMIT
  • Course in Real Estate for Agent’s Representatives
