Industry Experience

Simon has 10 years’ experience in the property valuation industry in Australia. A rural upbringing in Bathurst and completion of studies at Hawkesbury Agricultural College has provided Simon a solid platform to hone his skills as a specialised Valuer undertaking a wide variety of rural, commercial, and residential property valuations. During his 10 years of valuing with Opteon (Northern Inland NSW), Simon has undertaken valuations ranging from prestige residential properties to large scale commercial development projects, including retail centres, industrial warehouses and going concern motels and hotels.

Simon regularly provides valuations for a number of statutory authorities and government departments whilst his experience in rural property valuation incorporates small scale equine operations, hobby farms, grain storage, and grazing properties across the New England/North West and Upper Hunter regions of New South Wales.
