Industry Experience
Steve is an associate member of the API and has experience in undertaking residential valuations in NSW. This includes specialised residential developments; acreage properties; prestige residential; rental and general property advice; asset valuation; matrimonial and Family Court valuations and residential valuations for private clients and major lenders. Steve valued throughout Sydney for 11 years, then moved to the NSW Southern Highlands and became a Regional Valuer. Typically undertaking a range of valuations of residential, rural lifestyle and prestige properties, his area of expertise lies mainly in the NSW Southern Highlands and the Wollondilly, but has also practiced in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Goulburn Mulwaree, Upper Lachlan and Canberra.
