Industry Experience

Tim joined the Opteon Core Commercial division as a Commercial Valuer in 2021 and was elevated to Associate Director in 2023. Tim specialises in commercial property valuations in the North West VIC region, with a particular focus on Bendigo. Tim possesses a strong knowledge of a mix of commercial asset classes, including office, retail and industrial in the < $7.5m subclass.    

Prior to real estate valuations, Tim was a Plant and Machinery Valuer.

  • Master of Property - RMIT
  • Graduate Diploma (Valuations) - RMIT
  • Bachelor of Business (Marketing) – Victoria University
