Industry Experience

Wayne has 13 years of experience as a valuer and 30 years of experience in the lending industry advising banks on risk and credit issues and valuation matters. In his role as Agribusiness Mentor, Wayne provides expert tuition to junior valuers. He specialises in viticulture, equine, dairy, prestige, lifestyle, intensive horticulture, poultry and general agriculture valuations and advisory on the fringes of Metropolitan Melbourne, throughout country Victoria and interstate. Prior to his employment with Opteon (Victoria), Wayne held the position of Chief Rural Officer for the Commonwealth Development Bank in Victoria and Tasmania for eight years.
