Industry Experience
Chris is the Senior Director – Government & Advisory for Opteon. He has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to Opteon with over 28 years of experience within the Valuation Property Industry. Chris is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, and a sitting member of the API NSW State Committee. Chris specialises and is accredited within Opteon as a specialist childcare valuer whilst also an expert in the residential and mixed-use development sector. Chris is also a recognised valuer on-behalf of the Australian Property Institute where he is commissioned to undertake Commercial and Industrial rental determinations.
Chris has undertaken multiple compulsory acquisition valuations and conducted numerous mediations on behalf of Transport for NSW, notably the Northern Road Bringelly Expansion, WestConnex Motorway M4 East Project Haberfield and Homebush, Princes Highway Blakehurst Expansion, and the Pacific Highway Wahroonga Expansion.
