Industry Experience

Christie commenced her career with Opteon in December 2012, employed in a Cadet Valuer role before completing a Bachelor of Property, and gaining registration as a Certified Practicing Valuer in 2019. Since 2012 Christie has been exposed to predominately residential, prestige residential, rural residential and commercial properties within the Widebay and Burnett Regions. Having grown up on the Fraser Coast, Christie has an extensive knowledge of the local area and strong community values. Christie is focused on providing an excellent end to end client experience and building professional relationships. She understands the importance of service and turnaround times and has a proven ability to deliver in a competitive market space.

Christie commenced as a Lead Valuer with Opteon in January 2024 and transitioned into a Regional Director role (Central and Southern Regional QLD) in July 2025. Christie works closely with a team of valuers in Central Queensland and Wide Bay areas. In her current role Christie assists with overseeing daily operations and is an active mentor and role model promoting team engagement, interaction and culture. Christie's work as a Regional Director is alongside her day-to-day operation as a CPV in the Fraser Coast area.
