Ian is a Senior Valuer with Opteon and has been employed in the Orange NSW office for the past 20 years. Ian has a broad range of experience specialising in ‘going concern’
valuations for a range of motel, caravan park, hotel and childcare valuations together with complex commercial and rural property valuations. His coverage expands across Central Western NSW, but also further south within the Riverina and Snow Mountains areas of NSW
