With over 20 years of experience in the property valuation industry, including more than 17 years with Opteon, Jason specialises in prestige residential and development valuations across Perth. Since 2012, he has held a range of senior roles, including Senior Valuer, Managing Valuer, and various Director positions, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the residential market. Over the past 12 months, Jason has transitioned into the Residential Development & Advisory team in a Director role, where he has been involved in a variety of medium- to high value development projects, further broadening his expertise in development-focused advisory and valuation. Jason is recognised for delivering high-quality, well supported valuation outcomes, maintaining strict compliance with industry standards, and building trusted relationships with both private and institutional clients.
