Industry Experience
Kelina is a Certified Practising Valuer with more than 27 years of experience in the property valuation industry. She joined Opteon in 2025 and specialises in residential valuations across the Ipswich, Brisbane, Logan and broader South East Queensland regions. Throughout her career, Kelina has undertaken valuations of residential, rural residential, lifestyle and rural acreage properties for a diverse range of purposes. Her experience includes valuations for mortgage security, capital gains tax, pre-purchase and pre-sale advice, family law matters, rental determinations, financial reporting and taxation purposes. Kelina also has experience providing Expert Witness services in support of family law proceedings.
