Kerry has been working with Opteon since 2017 and has worked across a number of different departments providing a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process. She is considered a residential property expert and provides large volume valuations of residential property within the Sunshine Coast Area. Kerry regularly provides reports for mortgage security, real estate agency purposes, taxation and rental assessments, together with market research, analysis of comparable sales and assessment of current market conditions, having developed a sound understanding of residential property markets and the factors influencing market value, including location, property improvements, land characteristics market trends and buyer demand.
