Leslie has been a Non-Executive Director of Opteon since October 2017. She has a civil engineering degree and background in Project Management and has a wealth of international and local experience in corporate advisory, business process improvement, business development, strategic planning and senior executive roles.
Leslie has a strategic focus on technology and innovation in new and existing businesses. She is a strong supporter of, and mentor to, women in her industry, and is a frequent public speaker actively encouraging young women to consider a career in engineering.
Leslie is currently a Director on the Boards of New Medtek Devices Pty Ltd, Senversa Pty Ltd, Jasmax Group Limited, and Marsden Jacob Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. Leslie is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
