Industry Experience

Maddisen Oehlbeck is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with over 11 years’ experience in the property industry, having joined Opteon in July 2013. She specialises in residential valuation, with a strong focus on mortgage security work. Throughout her time at Opteon, Maddisen has contributed across a range of operational and leadership capacities, supporting internal business growth and performance initiatives. She was recognised as Trainee Valuer of the Year in 2014 and is known for her professional approach, attention to detail, and commitment to producing reliable and timely valuation advice.
