Industry Experience

Scott is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with more than a decade of experience in rural and agribusiness property valuation. Since joining Opteon Property Group in 2014, Scott has conducted valuations throughout Gippsland, the Yarra Ranges, Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's rural fringe, acting for financial institutions, government agencies, corporate entities and private landholders.

Scott has particular expertise in intensive agricultural assets, including poultry operations, horticultural holdings, dairy farms and other specialised agribusiness infrastructure. In addition, he has extensive experience across grazing, lifestyle, residential, development, commercial and industrial property sectors. His broad market exposure enables a practical understanding of agricultural production systems, rural land values and specialised property improvements across Victoria.

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuations) with Honours 1st Class
