Industry Experience
Stephen has over 30 years of experience in the property industry and has been employed by Opteon for more than 20 years as a valuer. He commenced his valuation career practising predominantly across Geelong and South West Victoria, working directly with Local and State Government clients. In 2015, Stephen was appointed General Manager for Government and Advisory Valuations across Victoria. He brings extensive expertise in all aspects of government valuations, including financial reporting portfolios for local, state, and federal entities throughout his tenure at Opteon.
In 2020, Stephen was appointed Director of Government and Advisory. In this role, he leads business development and relationship management for Opteon’s key national, state, and local government stakeholders, including Defence Housing Australia (DHA), Australia Post, Services Australia, and the Australian Taxation Office
