Industry Experience
Stephen has been working with Opteon for over ten years across a number of different departments, giving him a broad understanding of the entire valuation process. He is considered a mass valuation expert and undertakes a large number of valuations for all property types across Greater Geelong and the surrounding coastal shires for Rating and Taxing purposes.
His specialty areas include Commercial and Industrial properties, as well as Rural Lifestyle assets. His experience also extends to larger‑scale development and greenfield valuations both locally and within Melbourne’s western growth corridor. In addition, Stephen regularly prepares a range of reports within the Government Services sector.
