Industry Experience
After commencing as an assistant in 2011, Stewart qualified as a Certified Practicing Valuer in 2013. Over the course of his Career Stewart has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the residential development sector, from CBD fringe through to outer metropolitan and regional areas, specialising in built-form residential and mixed-use development valuations and advisory services for over 10 years with Charter Keck Cramer.
He subsequently transferred into the inglobo land and residential subdivision sector within Charter, spending the next two years focusing on the valuation and transaction advisory of land including rural holdings with future potential through to completed housing estates, medium density land and built form proposals including within both boutique estates and master planned communities.
In 2025, Stewart joined Opteon Solutions as Senior Director- Residential Development bringing a wide range of knowledge and expertise across the broader residential development sector.
