Tom is considered a commercial property expert for Greater Sydney NSW for retail, office, service commercial and industrial property valuations. Tom has been working with Opteon for ten years across multiple different departments with a broad knowledge of the entire valuation process, including three years’ experience as Team Leader Compliance – Australia, specialising in Valuation Compliance and later transitioning to specialisation in Commercial Valuations.
