Industry Experience

Wendy joined the Opteon business in 2015 leading business development, strategy and planning, marketing, communications and client services for the South Coast NSW and Snowy Monaro regions. She undertakes Specialised & Advisory valuations, primarily for the Commercial/Retail Sector. Wendy leads Commercial/Retail, Agribusiness, Rural Lifestyle and Government Services valuation work for the Far South Coast and Snowy Monaro regions. 

Wendy has more than 25 years corporate experience and prior to joining the property industry Wendy held various roles in the environment sector. For the NSW Government she was a technical advisor for law and compliance and led community behaviour change programs. Wendy has worked as the NSW Government departmental liaison for the Environment Minister and Executive Director of the Waste and Resources Sector. 

Her professional interests include building strong client relationships and serving customers. She has lived on the South Coast NSW for more than 15 years.
