William Read has 22 years of experience as a valuer based in North-East Victoria and Southern NSW. He is an Accredited Specialist Water Valuer and specialises in complex regional assets such as wineries, vineyards, hop gardens, large-scale grazing holdings and hobby farms. He is also an experienced commercial and industrial valuer. Specialised valuations include self-storage complexes, childcare centres, residential developments, compensation and acquisition valuations.
