Opteon Takes Data Security Seriously 

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 certification ensures that we have established methodologies and the framework to identify, manage, and reduce risks to the security of information, and brings our customers and key stakeholders an additional level of confidence when partnering with Opteon.

The certification demonstrates that Opteon’s information security management system covers:

• Protection of information from unauthorised access
• Accuracy of information
• Limited access to authorised users
• Assessment of risks
• Mitigation of the impact of any breach

Data security

Our intelligent IT infrastructure is supported by a dedicated inhouse team partnered with global leaders in information security controls.  We apply bank-level security controls for personal information, and use jurisdiction-specific cloud-based providers to manage data sovereignty client requirements.  We maintain a data purging process which scrubs Personally Identifiable Data (PII) from our systems after 6 months.
