Industry Experience
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, with 14 years at Opteon within the Government Services division. Since his appointment as Managing Valuer Government Services in 2018, Bill has managed revaluation projects, overseen client and staff management, and mentored colleagues in completing revaluation tasks. In 2023, he was promoted to Regional Director.
He has successfully completed four bi-annual and two annual revaluations, gaining significant experience across Residential, Rural, Commercial, and Industrial property types within Metropolitan, Regional, and Rural municipalities. This diverse background ensures Bill's proficiency in managing complex valuation projects and delivering precise, compliant valuations.
